Allocate the Secondaries

In the previous lesson all five servers came up Enabled, but the neo4j database runs only on the primaries. Plenty of clusters have a worse version of this problem: servers that never come into service at all, sitting idle while the primaries do all the work.

In this challenge you will reproduce that situation on purpose, fix it on a running cluster with ENABLE SERVER and ALTER DATABASE, and then look at the configuration settings that get it right from the start.
