I am a Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience with data, applying Machine Learning, Data Analysis and Natural Language Processing (NLP) in both business and research contexts. Currently focused on developing AI-driven solutions for business process automation and customer experience optimization. At the present moment, I work developing AI agents and automation pipelines using large language models (LLMs), integrating these systems with APIs and unstructured data sources. Previously, I worked with improvement of NLP and machine learning pipelines for digital banking, working on intent classification, ranking, and customer analytics using BERT, XGBoost, and ensemble methods. Main delivers included developing a pipeline model to handle over 1M+ customer interactions classification per month, and conducting advanced clustering and analysis to support operational decision-making.
