Introduction
Before your CLI can create an instance, it needs two answers: where should the instance live, and what shapes can it take there?
Both answers come from the tenant: the workspace that groups your instances with their users and their billing. It also holds the menu of instance configurations you can create there, and that menu differs from one tenant to the next. Every command that builds something needs to know its tenant.
