Introduction
Three modules of setup are behind you: your CLI authenticates, your default tenant says where new instances go, and you can read a tenant's menu of configurations.
You will walk one instance through its entire life. create comes first: you make a real free instance, the one configuration that needs no menu, and save the one-time credentials it returns. Then update renames and resizes, while pause and resume stop the bill without losing the data. delete ends it, the one operation that doesn't come back, and the one the CLI runs without asking for confirmation.
