Deleting an Instance
Every command in this module so far has been forgiving. A rename can be renamed back. A resize can be resized again. A paused instance resumes with its data intact. Deletion is where the lifecycle stops forgiving:
Deleting an instance destroys it, and its data, permanently. There is no recycle bin, no grace period, no support ticket that brings it back. When the operation completes, the instance and everything inside it are gone.
