Module 4
Long-term Memory
Short-term memory is scoped to a single conversation, so information the agent needs in later conversations has to be promoted to long-term memory. In this module, you build a knowledge graphA representation of real-world entities and their relationships, stored according to organizing principles, typically in a graph database. by letting the agent learn who you are, then compare semantic search with querying that graph.
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Keep a user's name, language and preferences on a
UsernodeA vertex in a graph. In a property graph it can carry labels and properties. - Explain facts, preferences and POLE+O entities
- Choose between semantic search and a graph query for retrieval
