path
A sequence of nodes joined by relationships.
Example
Ava follows Ben. Ben follows Cleo.
cypher
MATCH path = (:Person {name: 'Ava'})-[:FOLLOWS]->()-[:FOLLOWS]->()
RETURN pathThe path variable holds Ava, Ben and Cleo with the two [:FOLLOWS] relationships between them. Nothing joins Ava to Cleo directly, so the sequence runs through Ben.
